1. Shipment Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please Note: During high-volume periods or seasonal holidays, processing times may take slightly longer. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you immediately via email or phone.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We partner with reliable domestic carriers to ensure your items arrive safely.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or severe weather, which are unfortunately out of our control.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has left our facility, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will typically become active within 24 hours. You can use this number to monitor your package's journey directly on the carrier's website.

4. Damages, Lost Packages, and Issues

shopnexorapet is committed to customer satisfaction. If your order arrives damaged or gets lost in transit, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.

  • Damaged Items: Please inspect your package upon arrival. If an item is damaged, take a photo of the damage and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

  • Missing Packages: If your tracking status shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package, please check around your property or with neighbors before contacting our support team.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
